You may have always dreamed of a family member or close friend marrying you. My 'Just The Words' script-writing package allows you to do just that whilst removing all the pressure.
This package includes all the meetings, questionnaires, bespoke ceremony script and support up until you say 'I Do.'
It also includes a 1 hour zoom session with you chosen person where I will run through everything with them and give them all the tips and tricks for a smooth and magical ceremony.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

At present, (2025) an Independent Celebrant cannot perform a legally binding wedding ceremony. Couples will need to complete their registration of marriage with a registrar at a local registry office. The majority of couples will do this a few days before their wedding day and have the shortest and simplest of ceremonies (costing as little as £50.) There is no requirement to exchange vows or rings and so these can be saved for your big day.

If you'd like your ceremony with me to 'look' legal. I can prepare a bespoke certificate for signing during your ceremony which allows for a natural interlude of music and the traditional photographs of the signing!

A Celebrant-Led wedding means that you can get married wherever you like. Be it an unlicensed venue, on the beach, a local park or in your own back garden! You name the venue and I'll be there!

I only take on one ceremony per day and so I am happy for it to be whenever you'd like! Dawn, Dusk, Midnight (or, you know, a regular time!) it's up TO YOU.

If desired, you also have the option to have your ceremony at a licensed venue and I can work alongside a registrar. They will take care of the legalities and I will bring the personalised magic.

Not necessarily...licensed venues pay a hefty fee for their marriage license and they will be passing those fees onto you.

If you are incorporating a celebrant whilst getting married at home or in an unlicensed venue then the overall cost will likely be much cheaper.

If you were to make a direct comparison between my fees and those of a registrar then yes, I am more expensive. This is because of the time taken to truly get to know you as a couple and the bespoke, personalised ceremony that I will deliver.

To a registrar, you are simply a number. They will perform the same script five times in one day and you will not have the opportunity to meet them prior to your wedding day.
